Why the hell would they do that?
I was trying to post and it tells me that there is no such account.
I don't understand. Why would they want to force a very active member off the board?

My activities on S2000 might have been cut to 10% of what it used to be, but I own more than one car!

Oh well, with privileges revoked.....I won't feel bad switching to zaino anymore

I guess I will have to find another forum.

Pig,

Note my post in the Waiting Room regarding HA.net being hacked again. I read that 800 accounts got deleted.

Yep, mine is gone too.
Oh well it's not like I needed it anyway.

Got hacked AGAIN?

I liked the board and it only benefits me to have access to that board.

It doesn't make sense though...why only 800 members? (out of 6000+?)

i don't know if it was hacked or if UBB just severely spewed chowder on me. i saw wierd activity several days prior to the f*&#-up but no successful breakins and no unusual activity the day of the crash. There are several indications that the software is upset, i.e. huge core dumps lying around. in any case, i'm not cleaning up those messes anymore.

and i have no friggin idea how those people got erased, it happened in a completely random manner. sorry dude.

Josh, I gather that you are no longer admin for h-a.net? I may have missed it, but is that true? If so, who is managing everything over there now?

Yup, looks like there was another hack. It's a big site with lots of discussion, and unavoidably lots of flames.... Some dupe is always going to be a jerk and rip it apart.

Lots of folks had to re-register, including myself.

Anyway, I don't mean to offend but I'd rather keep this restricted to the Waiting Room okay?
