Default My damn garage is closed!

Well, it's sunny and mid-70's today in Philadelphia. Ran up to the garage to get the car out a just drive around for a little while. . . but the garage was closed!!! Argh.

Damn, that was disappointing.

Haven't driven in a few weeks (been out of town). I think its going to rain tomorrow too, then I'm gone for work again. Man, what a waste of a day.

Vent over.

At least your garage doesn't have a broken door that slammed on your bumper a la Wednesday night for me.

There's something missing from this story. When you say "garage" do you mean some kind of public garage where you rent space for your car? When I first read that post, I thought you meant that the garage built into your house was closed. "OK, so open it!..."

Maybe you should find garage space that accessible 24/7. That seems like a reasonable requirement.

Hehe, yeah, its a public garage. I live downtown, so I have to rent a space in a parking facility.

The place is supposed to be open 24 hours, but they were closed for some sort of work being done on the building. I guess they had fliers up in the elevator to the parking levels, but I haven't driven my car in like 3 weeks, so I didn't get the message.

I was also trying to go to my office, which is in the same building, but that was closed too. . . so, no S2000 and no work this Saturday. I'd gladly have worked AND driven the car today. Instead I went home and napped, so now I'm working on a Saturday night.

Ouch that sucks. My garage was closed too but then I found the remote and got the darned thing opened only to discover that it's raining again for the twenty-sixth day in a row.
