Default My first cluth drop...

I just had to, I am sorry, but I did. Found a long empty parking lot...raised it up to 6500 RPM....small prayer....let the clutch out REAL fast and....LIT THEM BABIES UP!!!! Man it was so effortless, so much fun....who complains about this car being slow? I cannot get to sleep cause that was so exhilirating! I love this car.

Not that I'm advocating trying this at home kids but if you happen to find yourself in an empty parking lot at 3 am and you happen to decide, "Hey, an F1 style 180 degree turn from a standstill would hit the spot." If so, then I'd be apt to turn the wheels slightly to the left (or right) and rev it up to about 5 - 6K and sidestep the clutch while throttling yourself into a 180 spin and powering off in the opposite direction with the tail out. Of course, you would never do such a thing. But hey, at 3am...

This almost sounds like a Mazda comercial. I hope they weren't saying zoom, zoom.

Wait a minute...I've got it. It's a Bridgestone commercial. They just can't wait to sell us more rear tires after all of those donuts.

The first time I tried the high rpm drop I didn't drop the clutch fast enough (scared of hurting the drivetrain) The result...I spun the clutch. Gave me nightmares that night. I've now learned if you're gonna do it, you can't do it halfhearted. DROP THAT CLUTCH! Just not too often.
