Default my horror story with seats!!

On monday i picked up my s2000 in the morning (bought car sunday, funds had to reach his bank) drove the car to a shop i have dealt with many times before and bought a cobra suzuka seat, "custom" s2000 brackets, cobra alloy seat mounts and sliders. Im out the door at about a grand. Take the seat home, and major problems. the suzuka sidewalls are so high entry/exit is near impossible. The sliders and brackets make the seat sit higher then stock (NOT what i wanted) the sliders are of terrible quality, with the wire that lifts the other pin being loose and flimsy, on top of that the "custom" mount for the s2000 does not allow enough space for the stock seatbelt to be ,mounted...it comes out too far and hits the center console. on top of all this the aftermarket seat is heaver then the stock setup (sliders mounts brakets all heavy!!) i have spent countless hours driving all over the place having the brackets drilled out (as told by the owner of the shop i bought the seats). i have spent a few hours each day this week trying to find something that will work. nothing. the seats sit in my garage. does anyone know where i can get brackets that ACTUALLY fit the s2000! the brackets were like 130....pissed away that sliders were like 30....pissed away too. totally frustraded, cobra has been no help. the shop i got the seats at (sube sports in hb) as always did what they could to help me, and took extra time with me to be of service. but its not their fault...they sold me the items thinking it would be a drop in application. overall im very frustrated. if anyone can tell me where i can find brackets that will fit the s2000 i would be thankful. even if the seat dosent have sliders i dont care. i want the seat to sit lower then the stock seats. any help would be great, ive spent enough time pissed off about this, and would like this resolved. thank you.

They told you it would be a "drop in" replacement, sold you custom parts for the S2000, when nothing fit they then recommended you have them drilled to fit better, and you're happy with their service???

I'd promptly return everything and start from square one, at a different shop.

i was told i would have to have the mounts drilled 1/4" on each side, i was told it would be a simple install. they did help me but i definatley have walked away from this situation feeling screwed. the shop i got it at said there was nothing more they could do. i sent an e-mail to cobra that was forewarded to the shop i got it and they know my situation. im just looking for this to get finished with. i know ive already wasted a few 100 and im pissed about that. whats worse is the few hundred more i will end up spending on custom work.

According to Kodokan, our stock seats cost $4500 each. I say cut your losses and put back stock seats.
