I may have an unavoidable conflict. I've designed a new computer lab and we are supposed to move into it that weekend. I suspect the move date will be pushed back due to construction delays, but I might not make it. If possible still include me and when the drop dead date approaches I can better gauge. I am looking forward to going, hope I can make it...

 

I'm glad you have brought up the drop dead date. We'll have to provide the Sunspree with 30 days notice of how many to expect lodging with them. Right now I'm only asking for 20 rooms. $94 a night. As far as I'm concerned, letting me know your plans the week of the event is fine. At some point soon, we'll be asking for a non-refundable deposit to start covering costs. I'll know more as the contract is finalized and my advisors weigh in with points that I have missed.
