Sorry if I'm stating the obvious but did you check the On/Off switch on the driver door?

I hate to be Mr. Obvious, but check the lock on the driver side.

Take it to the dealership and have a 100 point inspection done ASAP

It should be the window lock though. It happens to the best of us.

I described it - a rocker switch labeled On/Off on the driver door. Make sure it's 'On'

the on button, if that is on and the window dont go down then yes it is broken
