My anger goes beyond words right now. I was pumping gas this morning and as I look down I see a reverse-Z shaped deep scratch on my baby! I walk around the car and sure enough, there's two more long key scratches. The front passanger fender, and both rear quarter panels. I don't understand why people do these things. I can't eat. I can't work. I can't speak. I think I'm going to have to goto therepy for this...

Ughh. Sorry to hear about this. I feel your pain.

 

i swear that sometines i think body shops have kids go out and do this so they can repaint cars...ok, I am just kidding, but I cannot see any reason why people do this. i am sorry to hear about your car.

 

That sucks. Everyday I am thankful that I have a two car garage and the luxary of having a daily driver. I only drive the S2K when I know I can park it safely or I know I'm not going to park it at all.

 

that really sucks. i hope the scratches can be rubbed out and you don't need to repaint.

Freaken sux!

I had someone do that to my older car while it was in a car show!

My friend saw him do it...I ran up to him and basically said that if he moved, I would rip him apart.

Cops came and carried him away. Spend the next 2 nights in a holding cell because he was already on probation...bail was $1000.

He faced property damage prosecution charges and potential charges I was going to build.

I told his friends to pay me $300 for door panel paint charges, or I would fry him. They paid up...

Last I heard he got to choose from either...


1. A month in prison
2. 2 years probation (I think he already had a year)


Too bad so sad...

 

Urrrrrr. What a pain! That kind of thing makes me sick. I guess that probably means you'll have to get at least four panels resprayed. I know it's going to cost you or your insurance to get it fixed, but take heart - it WILL be fixed, and your car will be in good shape again in a few weeks. Sorry to hear about that.

 

We all feel for you man....soooo sorry.

 

I know your pain more than you can imagine.

My car goes under the knife today for damage done to it mid April! I looked long and hard to find a shop worthy of my car.

I wish that our whole car was made of aluminum. It dosen't rust. Mine started to show sighns of discoloration already!

Though my front bumper im getting replaced as well.........out of my pocket. No more rock chips!!!!
