Respectfully Jay Li,

I cannot remember who suggested implementing a '"spell"(ing) and grammer checker', but whomever it was, that person certainly did not request or recommend that a moderator be assigned to, or assume this function.

Post pictures for the morgue and do take it to Larry. He knows how to fix 'um like new. Maybe he can slip on some Comptech goodies while you're there

Tough break dude, she'll be back to new soon.

I really feel badly for you. I'm working on getting a few scratches and cracks fixed on mine from hitting a dog, and it makes me sick. I can't imagine how you must feel.

IMO, that's why some people drive SUVs. An SUV allows you to ignore lesser beings on the road, and there's no damage if you accidently squash one...

Did the guy admit it was his fault; is his insurance going to make you whole again? Be careful, sometimes people have an incredibly short memory and soon forget or deny promises made at the scene. Stay on his and his insurance company's butt.

Good luck, and don't let his insurance company cut any corners.

The bottom line is that it is only a car and can be restored to like new condition. The inconvenience and stress sucks, however.

YoungS2K... I know how you feel Although I don't have as much damage to my car (paint damage... no body damage)... it does svck! Do take it to someone highly recommeded to repair your baby. The person that will repair my car is on vacation for the next two weeks... and I will wait for him to come back. I trust him... and do watch out for the insurance company cutting corners as AaronS2K said. Good luck

Thanks alot guys..It's nice to know that there are people out there that feels what i've felt. I'm deeply grateful for all of your condolences.
I sat in front of the car for 2 hours this morning. Its HURT to look at her. I know that you can get it back as good as new, but deep down you'll always have that cloudy feelings that she's not 100% pure. NOt that i'm gonna love her any less. Than feeling of imperfection is hard to get over. (sounds like i'm talking about ex gf)
I'm going to stop by BodyWerks first thing tomm morning. I heard that Bodywerks got a great reputations.

She'll be fine. Good thing it wasn't a 19XX POS without insurance.
