Default My S2000 2K got broken into (Pics)

I think that the bastards only took the seats, tailights, antenna, and shift knob...they disangaged a cable from the battery, but nothing else.

went out this morning and tried to start it for the first time, the engine did not try to turnover and the starter did not engage, i dont think that the thieves did anything else to it, you have any idea why it would not start?

oh, and hi all

after rereading my post, i might not have made it clear that, yes, i had put the battery back on and have full power throughout the entire car, even tried to jump it in case the cause was a lack of power...

SInce you mentioned they disconnected the battery, is it possible that in the process of mangling your car they disconnected something else? ECU harness? Some wiring under the hood perhaps? Did you blow a fuse (or did they)?

Just some things to keep you busy.

BTW, this sucks.

Surprised they didn't take the HID's. Did you check yet? Damn I hate thieves, I think I'm going to order seat locks very soon. I am putting in a shock sensor and hood sensor next week.

Seriously...and don't forget the 12 gauge.

Have you heard from insurance? Hope you catch them bastids.

On a brighter note, Time for some Recaro's!

Looks like 'burglary to order'. Your stuff is going to end up on a riced-out Civic near you.

That is cause for a severe beating.
