So i was driving on the garden state and my motor blew. I knew it was bound to happen, the s2k was chewing up a lot of oil. I spun a bearing.




I decided to spend a little cash and start a turbo build.

Right now the car is at FLATLINE PERFORMANCE, In West Long Branch NJ. Their work is amazing from 1000 hp vipers to 8 second cars, and they build drift animals. People definitely should check out their work. You can contact them at 8484801063- Dave. Hes the Doc.

So far we ripped the engine out:

Took out the AC

Installed the coilovers

Cleaned the block, ETC.

So far we recieved:
cometic 3 layer head gasket
Skunk2 titanium retainers
Skunk2 Valvetrain kit
Skunk2 Spring base kit
Skunk2 Stage2 Cams
ACL race bearings
CP Pistons 9:1


Whats left to come?
We ordered:
Pfab Turbo Kit
Aem EMS2
Bosch 850cc injectors
NGK lazer Iridium Spark Plugs
Walbro 255LPH Pump
And some other goodies.

Today we are in the process of putting the engine together..

No for real I read it on here someplace, I read after 30k they tend to get weak. I was just saying...Could be wrong though.

Doesn't really make sense to me though.. I mean titanium is stronger than what the oem retainers are made of lol
