Ask how long it's been on the floor.
"3-4 weeks"
Ok....so has the top been down that whole time?
"Oh....I think so...."

VROOOOOOM. (8:30p)

It's now 1:00am and I just got back from driving around. The grin hasn't stopped since.

Although I didn't see it, leaving the top down for extended periods usually isn't a problem. It would almost certainly become easier to put up if you just left it up for awhile. The trouble comes when you put the top up and down and up and down.
