My s2000 really bites!
Yeah, performance cars really love the cold weather. My old supra used to break them loose from a rolling start in 1st when it was below 30 degrees, but not when it was warmer. Definately wanna get my car out when it's ass freezing cold and the roads are clear.
jeffbrig, you are very lucky! It's definitely not that warm here in WA state.
I can definitely feel the difference in performance of the car also. Last week, I broke the rear loose on a 1-2 shift at where else??....9000 RPM BABY
. One thing about that though is the lower temperatures prevents the compound on the S02 from getting as soft as it normally does. That equates to being able to break them loose easier. The stock tires don't like the cold.

Huge difference in power in a straight line; had to behave in the curves though...scared sh!tless with the S02's with it being 20 degF.
And my knob (the gear shifter that is) was cold and I didn't enjoy putting my hand on it.
