I see the fake vents were red, so the front bumper had been previously painted. Was that from an accident?

no it wasnt in a previous accident the previous owner had some rock chips and right before she sold it she repainted that front

That explains why the paint flaked off around the damaged area.

That's hardly even damaged..lol. A few thousand bucks and you'll be golden. It would be ridiculous and silly to part that out.
