Well now that I look at his location my theory doesn't make much sence. Unless it's a bit cooler that usual?

Does it do this all the time?

i didn't notice it before cuz i never put on the boot or hardly put down the top... but today the weather was nice and i was planning to put the boot on and it won't go in...

and i don't think the weather is a big factor cuz the weather is 80 here today.

80 is warm enough that your top should go down all the way. Here's a link someone posted just a couple days ago that might be of help to you since you're got a MY01.

You should be able to push it down the rest of the way with your hands if nothing else.

i think its something with the two rubber straps in the top thats wearing out. if u have warranty, u should take it to the deal and talk to them. im sure they can fix the issue for you

Mine had the same problem. Its difficult to explain but there is a bar in the top frame that should tilt back and sometimes doesn't. When it doesn't the top will go almost all the way down but not quite (DON'T FORCE IT). This is a little hard to explain with words. Your best bet is to contact another owner in your area and compare side by side how your tops fold down (thats what I had to do to finally figure it out). Once you see the problem you can then manually make sure the bar gets pushed back as the top is lowering.
