Hi,

Apologies if this has been asked elsewhere..

I have a set of Blitz Type 03 alloys (18x8 +45 offset), 225/35 tyres) that are coming off my 2002 Civic Type-R. I was wondering whether or not they would fit on a MY00 S2000 I am likely to replace it with? From some initial research it would appear that the base offset is +50, and that the rear rims/tyres are wider than the fronts.

Would I be advised to just sell these alloys and look for a specific S2000-friendly set?

Thanks in advance

s2000 offsets are +55F, +65R.

I don't think your old wheels will fit, but someone else will chime in for certain.

Some members have managed to tuck 18x8 +45's under the fenders but they will rub. Besides that, you definately DO NOT want same sized wheels and tires on all 4 corners of the S. Not to mention Civics have a 4 bolt patern...So no, they won't fit. Hope this helps.

Type-Rs have 5 bolts, its the other Civics that have 4 (for some bizarre reason)

Thanks for the feedback on the rims, I did have a bad feeling they wouldn't be suitable.. but they cost so much I didn't want to sell them for silly money... which it looks like Im going to have to now..
