Just wondering how the rest of you with 04's are finding the issue of oil usage. From what I have been able to gather seems to be a non-issue on the 04 models. I've only got about 1400 miles on mine so far, so its way too early for me to tell. What are the rest of you my04 owners finding?

 

I have about the same mileage on mine as you do, no consumption so far.

 

~6000 mi
no oil usage

 

neither my MY2000 nor my 04 use oil at all.

 

4000 miles and zero oil usage.

 

Big fat 0 for me.

i use a diamond between oil changes.every 3750

8200 miles, no need to top off really

 

my '01 and my '04 have never burned any [measureable] amount of oil.
