Default MY06 performance parts compatability...

I have seen a lot of threads asking about what parts work and don't so I thought it might be easiest for someone to make a condensed post. Here is list of parts that will work:

Intake

Mugen
J's (with slight modification)
K & N FIPK
Injen Cold Air Intake
All drop in filters work

Header

All headers fit

Test Pipe

All test pipes fit

Exhaust

Invidia V3
Mugen Sport Exhaust for AP2
T1R 70R V2 Header-back
T1R Sparrow Cat-back
T1R Sparrow Cat-back with test pipe
T1R 63 V2 Cat-back exhaust
Espelir (slight modification needed)

Suspension

All spring/struts/coilovers will work.

Strut Tower Bars

J's Racing
T1R (rubs OEM intake pipe slightly)
Spoon (rubs OEM intake pipe slightly)
Cusco

Sway Bars

All sway bars work.

Cross-Braces

All cross-braces work.

Interior

All drivers seats will work.
Passenger side seats won't fit as the aftermarket rails wont work on the 06 without modification. Buddy Club has a specific mount for 06+ but I heard it doesn't work.

Hondata

2 reflashes (one for stock, one for with TODA header)
intake manifold gasket

If there is anything wrong please let me know. Also if you want me to add anything to this list let me know. Any help is greatly appreciated.

OP... you are the man. Everything you said seems to be in agreement with what I know, except for the the suspension information... not really sure about that cause I don't know much about it. I've been tracking more of the power mods than the handling mods.

Is there anyway that we could make this an official thread of when things come out for the MY06 that actually fit?

There is a Sticky at the top of the UTH forum listing the MY06 differences.

Not all strut tower bars work. Because of the revised throttle body/intake system, some aftermarket strut bars have trouble clearing the plastic tubing.

The only strut bar I know so far that fits the MY06's without any problems is J's Racing.
