What would be the best mods to increase the performance of a MY06 without the use of FI?...I know that many mods will not the MY06 S.

Wrong forum man. You need to be the general section. Under the Hoods is for technical discussions about installs and fixes. Not for "what should I buy"

Seriously, the best mod you can do is upgrade the nut between the steering wheel and seat. Unless you already have a ton of skill, the car is capable of much more than you are.

Welcome to the site!!!

Check out under the hood section and I'm sure you will find some good information.

Gears will get you the best bang for your buck as everyone will tell you.

There is several threads going on right now on MY2006 mods. Not many bolt on mods available at this time. Many vendors are in the process of updating to the MY2006. So be patient. (Like we have a choice.)

Yeah, you'll probably have to wait a bit for the 06 stuff to come out. Not even the exhausts are bolting right up on them.

For now, I'd get a few other things like a Rick's shift knob, upgrade stereo maybe, radar detector, etc. After you get use to the car a bit, I'm sure the mods will start rolling out. Well, trickeling out anyway.
