Names
I know this might seem kind of stupid, but I want to know if you call your car anything other than "the car" or "my baby". I call mine Kitty cause the engine sounds like it's purring (no nothings wrong with it, it just sounds that way to me). I'm just interested.
Well my S has a few names depending on who you talk to.
The original owner called it Marcus for some reason, and mine was the third S they owned: hence Marcus III.
But when I owned it, people liked to call it Piggy because the last 3 letters on my license plate is PGY.
But my girlfriend calls it Princess because she loves to drive the thing. She is a princess as well so they get along really well.

I always thought names were kinda goofy unless you had a boat. Of course if I did name mine it would probably be Fred or George or something simple. You know, a sleeper name
If you've ever seen the engine bay of a panoz, they have a name that comes from the factory. I saw one at a show once and the guy had the hood up. Every person that worked on the car to build it had his/her signature etched into metal plates around the engine bay. Also, it had a big name plate in the center that said "Brenda". If I had just bought a new Panoz and they gave me one called Brenda, I'd have to give it back. That was a pretty crap name for a nice car. Might as well have called it Eula May or Bertha.

I actually like to name my cars similar to what they would be if they were people. My Accord is named Margaret, a sensible form of transportation. My S2000 is named emily, good looking, but not overly.
If I ever got an '86 Camaro IROC, I would definitely name it something mullet-like, like Lurlene...
