Default NC to NYC - only 2 s2k's

Just got back last night from NYC. I drove from Charlotte to Manhattan and back again, a total of 1,300 miles. Was supposed to fly but decided at last minute I'd rather stay on terra firma.
That entire trip only produced 2 s2k sightings. First one in Richmond, VA, second in Lanham, MD.
Not a one seen in Manhattan, although after driving their streets, no way in hell I'd drive mine there. Would have 4 bent rims today, for sure.
Was never so happy to be riding high in the Rodeo w/ BFG all terrains!

Actually, it chased us down I-95.
The tornado, not the s2k!!
Hope you and yours are intact!

I had a similar experience. Driving from Chicago to Knoxville, I didn't see a single S2000. On the way back, I saw one on the road, I think somewhere in Indiana?

Of course, there were 30+ S2000's once I got to Knoxville...

This summer the family drove from Fredericksburg, Virginia south from I-95 to I-85 to Charlotte, NC...from there to Tampa, FL...from there straight up the coast back to F'burg, VA - and saw ONE S2K! The kids had a much easier time playing "Punch-buggy" than they would have playing "Punch-stookey!"

On the other hand, virtually every time I drive to BValtimore (I have season tickets to the Ravens) I see at least one...and there is a black-on-black I often pass on the Chippenham Parkway in Richmond!

Driving back from Knoxville this weekend I saw two S2000, One yellow in North Carolina, and a Silver S2000 on Hwy 76 near Florence S.C.

On the way Up to Knoxville I did not see one before I found a group of 15 cars

You certainly do have to admire those who drive their S2000 in the city!!! I would not be able handle watching my car be abused and the fear of ignorance, as someone dings my door or hits my car.

Drove 6000 miles from Texas to Oregon and back in July. Saw four S2000s the entire time, all of them in cities. Got home to the Dallas area and saw four the next day. Go figure
