Default Need advice with catalytic convertor

I need to replace my stock cat. I currently have Rick's header and Invidia exhaust. Should I invest in a high flow cat, and if so, what if any gains can I expect? Thanks.

The OEM cat is a high flow one. I'd look for a used OEM one in the FS forum.

Moving to S2000 talk as well, Product inquiry.

SlowS2K, thanks for moving the thread. Let me ask you, what are your thoughts on an Ultimate Racing's high flow cat? Better than OEM?Same?Worse? Thanks.

I've never known anyone with a aftermarket convertor of any type that lasted longer or flowed more than the OEM part.

For those that like clean air and don't want to pay the nasty fine, a convertor is a good way to go.
