I bought the EZ-on with a glass window from topsonline.com shipped to my door for $450 four years ago. Labor was $800. The top has held up very well thus far, but I am also good about cleaning and conditioning it every couple of months.
You can do the install yourself, but take note, unless you are a seriously good interior professional it's a bitch to swap out the top. EVERY part but the dash and steering wheel have to come out of the car to complete the work. Even a good friend of mine, the owner of the first 600 hp S/C S2000, hates doing top swaps after his 7 year stint as a Honda technician. If you want to save the money, and take on the project yourself - go for it - but you won't be envied.
Basically, you are looking at $1200-$1400 to get it done professionally.
