I had a little incident this past weekend while autocrossing at Summit Point and now there is this basketball size dent right behind the front left tired that needs to be hammered out with one of those paintless repair shops. Does anyone know of any good reputable places in the area? Oh, I also need a good alignment shop too. Thanks.

I used to live in MD. My wife had an accident and we used a place called Master Crafters in Rockville. I don't know if they are still in business, but they specialized in high end cars and did a GREAT job on our Acura. The paintwork held up very well, and the match was perfect.

 

Speaking of which, how'd you do? I arrived a little late to watch the solo ii, but I saw a red and a white s2k there.

There's a body shop up 95 near Belair that does exceptional work. It's called Ray's Body Works, and he actually contracts with the local Honda dealership to do body work. Give him a call if you want and tell him Steve Lannon sent you. His number is 410-679-2442

The Honda Dealer in Silver Spring (Hersons?) Autopark referred me to a great paintless dent company. Can't remember the name, call the service department.

Anyway, here's my recommendation. I know it's a bit far for you but they have had experience working on a few S2000's :

Ask for Mark Boudreau, the owner, and tell him I sent you (I get good beer for referrals). There are some others here who'll vouch for their work.

 

The one I mentioned, and used with great results, is Dent Wizard (240.508.0319) The tech's name was Jason Zapol. Hope this helps.
