I need to know of a shop that does great stereo work in the NYC area. Long Island and New Jersey are fine too.

maybe ill gow ith you cuz i gotta get mine put in. hes one numerous comps and does crazy work for good prices. he loves his job and doesnt care much for money as long as he can eat and live.

I went to Zippos in east brunswick, NJ for my stereo. The did a great job. I put in 2 subs a amp and replaced the door speakers. I have some pics if you want to see.

what i was trying to say that is just beacuse a shop brings in celebs to do their work doesnt mean the quality is high nor does it mean you are getting the best job there is. celebs have tons of money to drop, and some are audiophiles like myself.
haveing celebs as customers does not constitute for good work. how do you assume russel simmons knows his music as far as what goes into a car?
99 percent of the time these guys come in and say i got this much cash to drop and give me a dope ass system.
i seen tons of places do from dmx truck to dj clues truck to the owner of fubu porsche boxster s to the price of some middle easter country and some places arent even all that great.
ive also had friends that do 70 thousand dollar systems in their excursion(daily commuter car to work for big traders) do sick systems at half the cost and double the quality.

all im trying to say to this guy, dont go to a place just cuz they got celebs there. that dont mean crap.

no one said celebs get crap 100 percent of the time.

what i was trying to say was, go to a good shop and i know the shops he is recommending are great but dont go to a shop based on highstatus clients.
