Need help with 18 rims

I have lower my car approx 1.3 inch with KG/MM springs and i'm in the market for 18 rims.. can anyone suggest me some offsets and tire sizes to prevent the tires rubbing the fender??

frt = 225/40-18 on 8" @ 55mm
rear = 285/30-18 on 10" @ 74mm
