Hi. Does anyone know of any Alpine aftermarket head unit that will work with the OEM MY2002 8 disc changer?

I understand you can buy patch cables, etc for the older OEM 6 disc changer. I dont know any Alpine head unit that can control 8 CDs.

Failing that, do you think speaker and amp upgrades will be enough to improve the OEM stereo sufficiently? if not, why not?

 

In US, we don't get 8 disc OEM CD changer for 02, I only have 6 disc OEM CD changer...

I know one thing for sure, Alpine 6-Disc Ai-Net CD Changer can work on stock system.
