just ordered comptech supercharger, need advice regarding exhaust. Which dual muffler system provides the higest gains? Anyone have specs on HP increase? Should I cont to use stock? Any news on Supersprint's exhaust? Advice greatly appreciated!

I don't have advice on the exhaust, but here is a thread about the S/C and a dyno chart. Jim (the guy with the S/c) is just running the stock exhaust.

Having heard the HKS, Comptech, and stock back to back. I would go with the HKS. It makes the car sound like an indy car.

 

Since you got the Comptech SC, I would go with Comptech exhaust. You might get more gain if you install them together. BTW, I've seen Comptech exhaust in person and they look pretty cool. Not too loud.

 

Barry (also with the s/c) also bought the Comptech exhaust. I haven't heard from him regarding hp numbers yet. I don't even know if he has had it installed (the exhaust).

 

Got the exhaust 2 days ago....still in the garage.
I havent dyno'ed the car yet and wanted to before putting the exhaust on but Wesloh's dyno is still broken. I may just put it on this weekend, dyno or not.

I'll post numbers when I have them.

I doubt that any exhaust will make a noticable difference with the SC.

IMHO, no exhaust on the market can justify the prices that vendors are charging. I would like my exhaust to be louder. I am used to exhaust noise on my Teg (Greddy PE cat-back) and really miss the exhaust note on the track when driving the S2000.
