Wrap a flat-tip screwdriver with protective tape. Slide the screwdriver underneath the vent their are clips that need to detach. One on the left, one on the right. After detaching the clips look inside the vent and you will see 2 hooks that need to be released (one on left, one on the right).

 

Be careful not to scratch anything. I do not take responsibility for any damages incurred.
