hello guys,

well, i'm installing my xbrace now and i'm running into a problem. all the bolts went in fine, except for the front left. it goes in about 2 turns and then backs out to the beginning again. the bolt is fine, and i hope i didn't strip the threads on the car itself...i have no idea what to do. any and all help would be greatly appreciated!!!

oh, by the way, the front stock bolt gave more resistance than any of the other bolts when taking them out. do you guys think this might have anything to do with the problem i'm facing?

thanks.

mike

make sure not to tighten any of the bolts before you get them all started.

If you screw them in more than just starting them at first, you can run into problems.

Did you try taking the other bolts out and tighten the front left one first?

glad to hear u got it in ok, that is a damm touchy install if u have little experience or zero patience! i had to fiddle with things for quite a while but finally figured where to carefully finesse alittle with the mondo screwdrivers on the sub frame to get things lined up for the easy penetration
