Default Need help posting a document

I have a Service Update document from my local Honda dealer which is titled, Tell Customers About Oil Consumption. It addresses the break-in period, what oil weight to use, and when to switch to a synthetic oil. I have a good scanner, if that helps.
maybe it should be placed in the Library under Service Bulletins ?

Any advice ?

Are you referring to TSB # 010200, as posted in the library?
