Pass. That car has been owned by too many people who take shortcuts on repairs. Wrong paint, probably a cheap job, missing fender liner? Carpet? WTF?

yup the whole car has been painted, i look at it as a good oppertunity to have a custom painted s2000 for the right price maybe like 8500 or 9000 also the exhaust system is not the whole setup just the apexi tip so easy to change that am i just crazy?

I would pass. It has a cheap paint job and looks like it's already messed up. A good paint job will most likely cost around $5k if not more on the S. That's all including removing all that crappy paint, removing the soft top to remove the rear seal so it can be painted properly, all the jambs, engine bay, ect.. So you will pretty much be paying over 16k for it in the end, and have to wait a few weeks for it to be painted and put together. There are much better deals where you can get one with nice OEM paint (OEM paint is always the best) and you won't have to go through the trouble.

I've seen nice 04-05 AP2's with no accidents, nice OEM paint, no parts missing, all matching interior and everything with that mileage for less than $15k.
