How big is the roll?

I little bit of dynamat *might* help a little, but I wouldn't bet on it.

You might want to take a look at these two threads. These members have done quite a bit of novel and cutting-edge research on the subject:

Ok this is what I did.
I had four rolls of dynamat extreme(got them for $30) and I put them on tool walls and pretty much every trunk floor.
Also I put two layers on spear tire floor.(from searching thru forum, this area caused most resonance and noise)

After installing them. I went out for test drive..

Resonance and noise from the rear of the car was reduced very much. I would recommand anyone who is annoyed with aftermarket ehaxust resosnance.

I used DYNAMAT XTREME DOOR KIT(comes with 4 rolls of 3 square feet sheets) and it was more than enough to cover trunk and spare tire floor.
I got them from ebay for $30+
(retail price is $90!!! what a steal!!)

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...&category=14932

I felt big difference. Resonance with RM exhaust was REAL bad but now it is no longer painful crusing at 3-4000rpm.
