need help, in a war in the altima site...
The S2000 speaks for itself as a triumph of enineering. You can make just about any car go fast...but it takes a lot more than that to make a sport car. You probably won't get very far with them on that logic, though.

i just got this today. nissan altima 3.5se automatic 0-60 7.3
1/4 mile 15.6 sec @ 91mph, roadholding .81, emergency lane change manuver 61.
the 0-60 for s2000 is tricky. because of its low torque, 0-60 varies a lot depending on your skill and how high you rev the engine before let go the clutch. i have seen 5.2 to 6.8 depending on the magzine. most magzine got something around 5.8 though.
personally, i would have ignored those idiots, but then since you started already, go get them. by the way, the best 0-60 i have seen for altima 3.5 is 6.3 secs.

I finally saw one of those on the road. I was thoroughly disappointed. The ads I had seen on TV made the car look very much like the Lexus GS400, IMO, which I am very fond of. The one I saw in person didn't. Oh well, to each his own, I guess.
