Ok this is the alignment specs I pulled from the helms manual. helms manual specs

So pick whichever one you'd like better.

What is the difference between the "at inspection" and "at adjustment" by the Helms manual specs? I dont understand the two qualifications.

I have absolutely no idea. I looked in the manual but it didn't say anything about the difference.
