I sense that you're not quite sure what "heal/toe" really is. "Heal/toe" technique will not help to make a clutch last any longer. It's "rev-matching" that does. Rev-matching is but one component of heal/toe and it's generally not needed on the street.

I heal toe every downshift. Traffic, street wherever, once "mastered" the technique you will use it without realizing you did it.

I realized what busted my clutch. Yoko's A032R for daily day to day use. Once hot they turn into glue and you can forget wheel spin. Luckily my clutch was busted and not my diff.
