The only realistic life situation where the S isn't practical is having kids. I can make most things work with it just fine, but I choose to have the Accord as a daily for the winters to keep the S garaged. I could live with this car year round as my only car, but I like the Accord when sometimes I am not in the "mood" to drive.

been my daily for 5 years(i had 2 s2ks). no problems whatsoever. I am college student and have no family to worry about. plenty of space.

girlfriend does complain that it is really uncomfortable on long distance trips cuz u cant recline the seats. she also complains about the sound quality but those 2 things dont bother me at all. I absolutely LOVE the s2k.

I have done 4+ hour road trips in my STi which is stg 2 and basically straightpiped and not very comfortable itself so I'll be used to that... and even 20mpg is an
improvement so I'll be ok with all that

Thanks again guys, looks like I'll be in the market soon! Looking for a white one around for around 12k...it'll be a shopping process as I understand white is
kinda rare.
white or black is the way to go, but white is kinda girly

quote fail

Ha black is kinda toasty for Tampa but yeah it's the only other color I'd consider, maybe silver, but my STi is silver and it's boring.

Two big times it's a pain for me - Moving or long trips for work and picking people up from the airport. Going to the airport used to be one of them, but now my I have S-Trunk-Friendly luggage

You should probably buy something else.

Life is short. Leave your baggage at home. Enjoy something you might not be able to own later in life.

If you really need more moving space, don't buy this car. I think everyone has pretty much covered it all.

Depends on what you need to carry. Let me put it this way, I had a '79 MGB when I lived in Hawaii, and I managed to get a 9'2" long stick in the passenger side. That was the biggest thing I ever had to put in that car, and did it on a daily basis; oh, it was my only car as well. My point is, the S is a bit bigger, you should have no issues with it as a DD. Well, I suppose that if you had to move another car with it you may be screwed, but. . . .

Yes, as Rob has said and everyone has made quite clear I think it'll be fine to manage. I feel like the important considerations
have been made. Thanks to everyone! Exciting, I didn't want to buy a 350z or something else, I always liked these cars. Time
to do my homework on them

Subjective matter. It's pretty obvious what the drawbacks are in this regard and it's up to you to determine if you can live with them or not. I DD my S but that doesn't necessarily mean that you'll be ok doing so. My wife currently drives the utility vehicle and it's used for hauling which is rare for us. You need to factor in your needs/wants versus polling others.

Depends on how much luggage they have. Not having to be the airport taxi is a plus in my book. Again, YMMV.

30's pretty easy if it's 100% highway.

Again, subjective. My wife and I have done a few 3,000+ mile (not all at once but spread over a week to two weeks with a 16-17 hour driving day on each trip) road trips with no problems or complaints.

They're both boring.

Just about every car on the road seems to be silver, white or black.
