Default Need thoughts on exhaust purchase

Well i just bought my 05 s2k and was thinking about purchasing an exhaust........ im looking at the Apexi World Sport 2 and was curious if any of you guys had any experience with....... you know like sound and performance...... i really dont want anything loud, but I will not sacrifice performance either.... any help would be great!

May I recommend Comptech? You might like the sound a little more than the WS. www.s2000library.com <----Go there. There are lots of video clips of different exhausts on that site.

Who cares what it sounds like? Performance gains are all that matters, which you wont find to be much (~3whp). What you will realize is weight loss (as much as ~35 lbs).

My suggestion would be Spoon N1 (if you don't care about it being single). I have it and I love it. Great sound, good mid-range torque.

BTW I also have the test pipe with it. I would definitely recommend it

Some people have limited budgets so it is all good...to those that can spend a little more for quality than titanium cat-back exhausts are the way to go.

That's because some people don't want an exhaust that will sound like ass.

Understood...but I'll take an exhaust that sounds like ass that actually makes gains over an exhaust that sounds good but loses power.

Well the second choice is not an option, especially since the stock exhaust sounds good and doesn't have any loses.

right right...doesn't have any loses and looks good...but is too heavy.
