Being a cheapskate, I may just try to buy a EYE bolt at Home depot if it will fit.... can someone give me the size of the threads.... My car is garage bound, so i cannot take it with me to try different sizes.

It's 12mm x 1.75

 

That is a standard size/pitch combo so you may get lucky. But I think you will have a harder time finding an Eye bolt then you think.

 

ya....i just went to home depot and pep boys........neither had one.......luckily they are both about 1 mile from my house.... they suggested a place downtown....duh..turns out to be where I work... I never thought of that... i just count the beans... i have no idea what they are.
