Help! Anyone know the quickest way for me to get the stock wheels? I can actually get by with 1 front and one rear in a pinch as I have a spare slightly dented F/R set. My wheels (and of course, the potenzas too) were stolen last night- entire car was jacked up on 4 honda jacks, neighbor's ceramic flowerbed borders placed under the 4 corners (one brake disc resting on the border, with that metal disc "inside' the brake disc slightly bent, but I think that that is inconsequential, is it not?). Anyway, my body shop guy has located Potenzas, but I don't know how to determine who has the wheels in stock. I'm willing to drive to get them today-the car is sitting on the 4 jacks on the street, where it is liable to be ticketed, etc.
PS, this happened at 38 15th Avenue, which is a nice neighborhood 100 feet from the Presidio and N of Lake St.
Thanks!
Don

Damn dude, sorry to hear that. Have you tried h and a accessories? they're down here in SoCal so it should be pretty fast...

or you can always try a dealership.

Thanks Richard. My body shop guy is supposedly having the Honda parts guy check the computer, but I'm not sure if it shows south bay parts inventory as well. I was hoping to get some today, so H and A is a backup plan. No I don't have an alarm

SFDukie sorry to hear that. I couldn't imagine going outside and seeing my stook with not rims and tires on some makeshift jackstands. My question is did you have wheel locks? Good luck...

This is a common practice in S.F. and I've seen it anywhere from the Sunset to the Marina Green.

Invest $35 and get some wheel locks... but they don't always work, ask Visreal. Every Honda in his complex (outside offstreet parking) had it's wheels and emblems stolen, it was a very planned event. He had wheel locks but because they couldn't take 'em they scratched the spokes up something fierce.

Sorry to hear about it, I wouldn't live in the city without a garage!

Thanks Loki and Kwando,
Wheel locks were not in stock when someone checked for me in Dec, but I'll have them tommorrow. I have a garage at home, but parked on the usually very safe street at my girlfriend's last night.

We do have them in stock. We are up in Sacramento so it may be more than you'd want to drive to pick them up. We could have them there tomorrow by UPS.

Thanks Trevor. I was hoping to get them today- my bodyshop guy is ordering them through Serramonte Honda, and will have them tommorrow.
