I purchased a '01 Spa Yellow, 34K miles, last week for about a grand under KBB. It's a beautiful car and looks like it just came off the showroom floor!

Wanted to thank the S2K forum members, there was so much interesting stuff here to read that it made picking the s2k (when compared to z3's or boxsters) a no brainer!

Just finished doing modifry garage door mod. Love it! I also just customized the cabin filter (whew, is was never changed) to use less expensive home furnace filtering media (easy to do, just pull out the old cabin filter, cut out the old filtering media, attach some screening to the interior side of the filter frame to support the new filter media, then cut the new media to size).

I'm happy with the stock stereo for now... new front drop in speakers are on order, and I plan to add rears and connect to the unused speaker outputs on the stock HU. I am also axiously awaiting the release of the new iPod adapter from PIE.

Congrats, and I know the feeling. The community on this board (and willingness to answer questions) helped trim the competition. Ever spend much time on the 350z boards? The entire thing feels like one big e-peen competition.
