Default new 03 s2000

I just bought my silverstone 03 for $30,800 from Nanuet Honda. It was a tough choice for me because I have a 2yr old and one on the way. In fact I changed my mind at the last moment and decided not to get it. When i told my wife she called me a wimp and at that point of course I had to get it.(When I bought up the question of college for the kids with my wife- she responded-"how much will a toolbox and a couple of paintbrushes cost?) I went over to Nanuet with a check for $33k for the car (with tax)and proceeded to drive off the lot.BTW the salesman told me to drive carefully because the s2000 has a lot of torque...mmmm.

Very happy I went ahead with the purchase. In fact I had a good year in my job and managed to pay off at least 1 kids college. It would be hard to live with myself if my son became the local handyman because his dad wanted to relive his youth. I guess its all about balance.

In any case I want to improve the audio system which we all know sucks. I just ordered`the 3 way kenwwods from lucid for the rear. Any ideas what I should do next - about $700 left to spend.

Thanks guys

Sticking with the stereo arena...........new headunit! Really helps out.
On the car performance/handeling side..............X brace. You choose which you want.

Also on the performance side...........go t a driving school or auto-x. There will be one in NY in spring. Keep your eyes open.

Congrats on the new purchase! Don't feel bad. You still have plenty of time to save for the other kids college.

There are also some great do it yourself mods, that cost next to nothing. Clearing the headlights, making the brights open your garage door, etc.

Have fun...

How do you make the brights open the garage door?
