New 2001 Silver/Red Still Available?
Has anyone seen any new 2001 Silverstone/Red S2000s at a dealership?
I was originally interested in a 2002, but I prefer the Silverstone over the Sebring Silver and I feel that the new red interior is just a little too red.
I'm thinking that I can probably get a better deal on a 2001 too.
If anyone has seen this car, I would appreciate any information regarding it. Ideally, I would like dealer name, contact person, date seen, and asking price. Thanks in advance.

Good luck finding one.....If you do you should definately get a good price. I may have bought one of the last ones. Picked mine up in December.....Oh Yes, the Silverstone on the Red/Black Interior will always be the BEST!
i am sure you can find one, but you would have to do a little bit of looking, if i were you i would find someone selling a Silver/Red interior used but find one with low mileage, say like under 2000 miles. i am sure you can find one of those for about 29k or so.

Saw one at Bernardi Honda in Natick, MA on Saturday, March 9.
I stopped by with my kid to see what they had in stock. Didn't talk to anyone. But they also had an 02 silver/black with the top down that was filthy with dust all over the interior and scratches on the headrest plastic back panel. Worse, these guys park their show units backed up over a curb so that the mufflers get scratched every time they move the car. I was so revolted, I didn't talk to anyone.
Last time I did talk to them, they had two 01 silver/reds. One was a dealer trade from Maine; I think that one was gone and the one I saw Saturday was one of their leftovers.
You should call them, but the store is in a demographic area with some of the highest income Zip Codes in the US. As a result, they are not very flexible on pricing. They seem to prefer customers for whom hard negotiation is perceived as somewhat demeaning.

I remember seeing one a couple of weeks ago at Goudy Honda in Alhambra, CA. I am not sure if it had the red interior but it was definitely Silverstone. Be careful with that dealer cuz when I was shopping for my last June they wanted to sell me one for $5,000 over MSRP and they had a used one that they were willing to sell for MSRP. Watch out and good luck.

I know it is a long way....but the one I saw at my dealer a while back is STILL there.
Pottstown Honda (about 20 Miles NW of Philly) still has a Silverstone/Red in their showroom....I have to believe they'd be giving it away by now.
Contact Karen Reed @ 610.495.7076 if you are interested....you can tell her Rick with the Yellow 01 sent you.
If you for some crazy reason decide to go 3000 miles for it and need any help, email me.
