Does anyone have any info on the 2002 model.
I have heard 2 new colors(new silver and new blue) and possibly a glass rear window. I've also heard rumors of a 2.2 liter engine.
Anyone elso know anything.

Where'd you get the info from? I just signed a contract for a Black S2K and I will DIE if Monaco or Electron blue is out in two months!

 

no 2.2... new silver and new blue. Glass window... maybe maybe not.

The new blue is a definite. New silver also ( it is a little lighter, not as grey if that makes sense)
definetly no 2.2? I heard this from a dealer, not doubting your source but I would like a definite answer to that one before I buy.
The blue does nothing for me personally but I do like the new silver.

The new blue is suzuka blue and personally i think it looks pretty gay. It is nowhere near as cool as monte carlo blue, in fact i think its gonna make the stook look a lil girlie. But thats just my opinion.

Thanks for the info. I trust your source more than mine. This makes my choice even more difficult 2001 or 2002. All it seems that will change is color and maybe glass window in the top.

Anyone know if they will do a fix on the syncro issue in the tranny? Or did the TSB totally fix that?

To get the 2.2 liter you have to order from the closest dealer to Sullivan, Wisconson. Let Scott from King Motorsports pick up your car and violla, 60 days later you've got a King Motorsports stroker.
There is a slight charge afixed to ordering this option.
