They come from the same manufacturer of D2. All the dampers' design and dampening are the same as well.

the reason that i asked because my buddy can get a very nice deal on that. So I am just wondering if that's a good coilover for our cars. If it is good, I will go with it.

good stuff. for little more, Tein Flex would be a better choice in my opinion.
