Default New exhaust

Hey guys - I am looking to replace the exhaust on the '02 s2000. I was wondering what you have all used, and what your thoughts on it are? I want something a little more throaty than the stock exhaust, but not terribly concerned about power. I have heard the comptech on the dealer's 2001 and it sounded sweet - anything else out there decent?

Thanks!

jm,
I just got the new Nuespeed, nice and throaty. It was installed last week, apparently it gets even throatier.
There has been a little controversy on the board with it, but...there's always some controversy on everything here.
Here is a link to a thread showing it on the car. If you do a search you can probably find .mov with sound.

I too just put on the Neuspeed. Awsome sound, drops some weight, probably no HP gain, but I don't care. The Neuspeed has deeper sound than stock, very subtle at idle. Rev a couple times and it's very noticable. WOT sounds grrrrrreat. And it's by no means overwhelming, not too loud at all.

Also very easy to install by yourself with everyones tips (if I can do it, anyone can). It hung perfectly for me, I hardly had to adjust it at all. And it's seems to cost less than most others. I think Mingster might have 1 or 2 left at $838 shipped.

Yup, and thanks again. Love it! especially at that price. Say thanks to James at Performance-Evolution, too. He shipped it before I paid Him!!! I got the exhaust the same day he got the money order. Talk about a trusting individual.

Just within New England, I think the Supersprint and the Mugen are represented... Suggestion is to sit/drive with them and then decide... Since the hp effects are negligible, most go for the weight savings, sound and or looks. Build quality does come into play as well.
