Default New Exhaust Look for the S2000 (Pic)

Just kidding. Dave (w1ngman) made plenty fun of me when he heard (thanks VA S2K) that I removed my rims and washed them inside out. Of course, now several folks are following suit. Well, it's no surprise that if I take my rims off to clean them then I obviously do the same for other "parts" of my S2000.

The stainless exhaust pipes are no exception to the rule! A simple 10mm wrench and they are loose enough to slide right out. Meticulous cleaning can then follow suit and even a fresh coat of Zaino could'nt hurt!

When I did this recently, I found the rear to look "different" but nearly the same as some of these high priced (and founded) exhaust jobs. Taking a picture to share was my first thought.

I re-installed the stainless pipes but thought I'd poke some fun!

Yeah, I agree. . .here are some more "personalized" plates for North Carolina. Have you seen some of these?

AIRGATE:

where did you get the badges (front and back from)...

I noticed HandA has a nice set of "black chrome" badges for the s2k, but NOT for 2002 models. I too have a 2002 Sebring Silver/Black and want to do something about the badges. Any suggestions?

If I'm not mistaken, the badges on airgate's car look to be the black chrome kit from Honda. You can get them at the dealer. The S2000 side logo is suppose to look different too.

yes, but the black chrome kit from honda specifically says "for 00-01 model years only" on the desciption. I have an '02 with the larger badges, and presumably the holes underneath in a different location. How does one go about getting these badges onto an 02?

Anyone? Beuller? Airgate?

I have an 02, the Honda "black Chrome" kit fits just fine. The hole locations are the same.
