Default New to the forums!

whats up guys, I just bought a 2004 red s2k yesterday. New to the forums just saying whats up!

Also I have a few questions, who makes lip kits for the 04 front bumper? Also the dealersehip drilled holes in the front end for license plate, and good and cheap method to get rid of it?

Thanks

Welcome! Good color choice, as NFR is the fastest color!

Amuse, Airwalker, Mugen, Honda and others make a front lip.

Not sure about the holes, if they actually drilled new ones into the bumper. The dealer should fix it for you! Or get you a new bumper.

Welcome! The only lip available or the 04 is the oem one and Mastergrade's carbon fiber version of the oem one (groupbuy going on right now for that) Are you sure that the dealer "drilled" holes in your bumper? There should be two screw holes that you can buy the caps for from some of the board sponsors for 15-20 dollars. If they really drilled your front bumper, I would bring it back for a new bumper. (and trade up for a berlina )

You can purchase Bumper Plugs at the following site. Scroll about 1/2 way down the page.

The front bumper has four holes in it for various size plates and brackets. If you take off your front plate you can buy the covers that snap into the holes. The are color matched to your color. I just bought the red ones and I think I paid $3.13
Looks MUCH better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!
Enjoy the ride. My 03 red/black is tons of fun. And don't shift or let up on the gas while in a tight turn or you'll step sideways off the road.

If your car is new, the dealer should provide the plugs for you.
