New found love for the s2000.
Wow, you really can see what makes the s2000 so great after driving another car for 6 or so months and then come back the the s2k.
After driving a LanEvo2 RS for the past 6mo I can say that while the s2k doesn't match in terms of power, it far surpasses the RS in everything else. After taking the car out for a late night spin(jet-lag's a b!tch) I'm speechless.

I fall in love with the S all over again once or twice a year. Usually, the first time each year coincides with SacS2KDays, but I am having a 2nd one this year. It started about three weeks ago.
Unfortunately, I am 700 miles away from it right now and won't be back for over a week. That and it is 25 degrees and snowing back home today.

I know how that feels. I'm driving a 325 right now during winter, but I had a chance to drive the S last Sunday, when it was nice out. It felt SOOOOOO good to be in the S again. You truly appreciate the car a lot more when you've been driving another car. I couldn't believe how much more crisp and short the shifter was compared to the BMW.

I rekindled my love for the S as soon as me and the wife came to a end....it is amazing how much damn time a woman can take away from hobbys... never more never more.

The last time I drove mine was Friday. That was only the third time in two weeks that I had driven the S2000. She won't be out of the garage again until Friday. Talk about withdrawals....
I fall in love all over again every time I have driven my Ford Ranger for a day and then get back in the S the next day. Talk about night and day. Feels like the first day I bought it all over again......just mashing the throttle and taking sharp turns fast over and over again.
