Default New to import scene...fill me in.

The S2K is my first performance import so I'm fairly new to the import scene. In other posts I see alot of you guys refering to things like GSR's, ITR's, B-series motors, etc. I'm sure I'm not the only one around here that doesn't know what the hell any of that is so fill us in. Thanks!

Well, MOst of them are refered to as Integra and Civic motors....B16A/b/c and Type R B-18c and stuff.......People just use the motor code to distingush their car since motor swap are common these days.

B18C1=GSR
B18C5= ITR
B16A= Civic Si
B20?= CRV
these are the US B-series engines

GSR = integra GSR
ITR = Integra Type R

b18 = Engine series used in 3rd gen Integra (94 to 2001 I believe). There is the b18c1 - c5.

The c5 was the ITR engine, and I believe the GSR is a c3 and the LS was a c1.

Stook (an outlawed term) is used to refer to the wonderful S2000, although the sound of stook sounds like an old man clearing a flem ball oyt of his throat.
