Was just driving down South Congress, and across from the famous penis motel er... Austin Motel I noticed a silver stook with Jersey plates. Anyone from here?

Could you tell if it was a Silver/Red. I think Starbrd (Haven't seen him here in a while, does a bit of traveling.). Could have been him, I guess you couldn't tell if it was a personalized plate.

not a personalized plate at all. not sure who it was. I believe it was a silver/black, but I only drove by the car while it was parked on the side of an apartment complex.
